I was referred to Bill Jacobs, and specifically Harry Gianos, by a friend. Harry Gianos was a very laid back and knowledgable sales person. No crazy sales tactics were employed, just straight up honesty, and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Harry let me test drive several cars, and he walked me through various options, including buying new, buying certified pre-owned, and leasing, running the numbers for me on all alternatives. The sales manager, Amir Hashimi, also made the process smooth and easy, answering all questions and being competitive in the pricing. The BMW "Genius", John Duvall, truly is a genius - he showed me how to use all of the technology on this awesome car, from the navigation system to the Sirius radio; he helped me program my cell phone to the car's blue tooth, all of my favorite radio stations, my home address in the Navigation system, as well as my garage remote! The team at Bill Jacobs (Harry, Amir, and John) is fantastic and works together seamlessly! I love Bill Jacobs and will never go to another dealership!
