service department is very friendly and knowledgeable we purchased a Chrysler thru Rick Ridings but our repair required a Chrysler dealer to perform they took our car to a Chrysler dealer for us and originally told us it would be the following week before it could be done but got a call on Friday and said the car was finished and would be returned to them on Monday. It wasn't suppose to even go to the dealer until Monday. So it was actually completed earlier than they had promised. Very impressed with their service. Definitely will recommend.
