Very Professional, efficient, and trustworthy

We now have owned our Subaru Ascent for about 18 months and have only required routine maintenance and 1 minor recall. Each time we have brought our Ascent in for service we have been met by the most courteous and professional people. The last time when I brought the Ascent in for routine oil change and requested a couple of other routine services - they informed me that I really wasn't due yet for one of the services I requested - they could have easily done it and charged me for it and I would have known no better, but they described why it wasn't needed at that time and why they would not do it unless I insisted. That is my definition of being trustworthy.
