I am not sure which of the services this is in reference to, (1) the botched oil change or (2) the questionable shortblock replacement due to the botched oil change: 1. The staff was rushed and not being attentive when the oil change was performed. As services were being rushed, the staff was fairly carless with vehicles in the service bay and using brooms that were being used to sweep the snow on the floor to wipe snow off customers cars. The oil change was performed carelessly causing the oil drain plug to shake loose and leak out when the car was being driven, this resulted in total mechanical failure of the shortblock. 2. When being driven with the replacement shortblock, coolant, oil, as well as rubber can be smelled. Electrical issues were observed, transmission issues ( popping out of gear, clutch issues, etc.), erratic idle, and sounds of loose components in the engine bay/area. The car is currently being looked at for the aforementioned issues, a review will follow shortly after these are completed.
