McLaughlin Subaru

My husband and I had the best experience working with McLaughlin. We purchased a brand new Subaru late December 2022. The McLaughlin team was extremely accommodating and answered all of our questions. It was a very comfortable experience, no high pressure sales. In mid January 2023, we decided to replace our second vehicle and we went straight back to McLaughlin. This time we purchased a used vehicle, so the negotiating process was a bit different. However, the experience was top notch. There were no games. It was straight forward and direct convos. Hands down everyone we worked with from Sales, to Sales Managers to Finance and beyond were friendly and made the experience easy.
