I had a very pleasant purchasing experience with McGlaughlin Subaru in Moline, IL. When I first started looking, they gave me this young salesperson who was just starting. He only knew a few details on the cars. When I returned 5 weeks later to look more seriously, this same young agent was fully up-to-date on all features and was willing to hunt down my ideal Subaru Outback. He called me as soon as it came in and then instructed me on all the initial technology features I needed to know that day.
