Phillips Chevrolet of Lansing
Dealership Service Review
I brought my Tahoe in for 3 main concerns. 1. Recall for air bag 2. Oil Change 3. Headlights would not come on. When I checked in and the tech turned on my lights I noticed my headlights came on which was surprising since they had not been on in 2 weeks. After I left I checked my lights again and they were not coming on. I saw on my receipt that a part was changed for the air bag. I also saw the air bag warning light was still on. I returned inside back to the service department and was told the warning light was not checked and had nothing to do with the recall, which makes no sense. I was also told they would be happy to check it if I wanted to bring it back in. In conclusion im still showing air bag warning light and still have no headlights. Therefore I can't see how I can claim this was a pleasant experience.
