I originally came into the dealership with my daughter to look into getting her a car, and I walked out driving a 2017 Chevy Cruze which had only 15 miles on it, what a great day it was for me! Eric Pickett was outstanding with opending that door of opportunity for me and following through until it was finished. During our wait time we did enjoy cake and good conversation with Desmond Johnson. Just an all around great car purchasing experience that I was not expecting. Great customer service from every person I encountered. THANK YOU MR PICKETT AND THE ENTIRE TEAM AT PHILLIPS CHEVROLET OF LANSING
