This was my first car I was purchasing on my own and Desmond was amazing!!! He was so helpful and poliet. I am a current college student that was looking for a car that was stylish and affordable. He had me look at the new 2017 chevy Cruze and I fell in love with it. I thought I was going to be in the dealership all day but Desmond made the process smooth, easy and fast. Before it was time for me to pull off the lot he made sure I was familiar with everything in my car. I would recommend everyone to buy a car from Desmond at philips Chevrolet of Lansing! He is pretty amazing at his job!
