After attending the auto show with my wife, and leaving upset that Chevrolet had only "prototype" Traverses on site. (Which were locked).We were ready to drop it from our final list. We had narrowed our search to four vehicles and wanted to check out the Traverse before making a decision. My wife's idea to go to Phillips before heading home, is the best decision we could've made. To say this was the most comfortable, friendly, and 21st Century purchase I've made, would be an understatement. As we walked up Mike greeted us with a smile and kind words, and for the whole experience he was right there with that friendliness. Felt like I knew him 20 years. After hearing our auto show frustration, he got started. I had researched the final four vehicles for some time and had a target price for each. Mark then worked great with me and lender to come close to price. Although the final price was $500 over the target, I would more importantly like to add that our new Traverse had about 2k/3k more in amenties/upgrades then our target car. WINNING! The friendly service continued with Henry as he continued to make as feel right at home. And finally Tom who was able to introduce us to the technologically advanced purchase of a car. The paperless purchase was great. Not as awesome as Tom's desk though. Thanks Phillips Chevrolet for a great start to what looks like a long partnership. I will definitely be back.
