Prompt service at each step of the task - reminder for car is due for service - making appointment - Receiving in the service area - Asking questions regarding any additional work required- letting me know how long it will take to complete work - finally completing work on time with wash etc. It's like machine work done by service rep and workers. Intense desire to please the customer. Plus Seating / waiting area with TV and beverages hot and cold and cookies, magazines. Everything adds up to my satisfaction.
