I liked most that I was listened to and heard. I'd been to a few other dealers and other brands. This is the only place where my actual questions were answered. I don't know if by using the Costco program that was any difference, but it was an excellent experience. The people with whom I dealt, David McCann and Christine, made the process as simple for me as possible. They helped me to not have to make extra trips out to the dealership. I was given the information I needed and actually bought the car over the phone, thus I only needed to come to the dealership the day I picked up my car.
