The Audi Exchange

I don’t normally write lengthy reviews, but wanted to share this only because of the terrific experience I recently had at the Audi Exchange with John Ziebarth. Spent several weeks exploring and researching a number of options (new/used/buy/lease), makes (Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, Lexus) and models before deciding. Ultimately leased a new Audi because of the terrific customer service and experience I had working with John Ziebarth (sales) at the Audi Exchange. John went so far above and beyond to answer my endless stream of questions and arrange (so many!) test drives for me. He was always generous with his time, impressive with his quick encyclopedic knowledge, and made the whole experience—which is generally excruciating for everybody—wonderful. Thanks JZ! Couldn’t be happier with my new wheels.
