The Audi Exchange

I saw a Q5 advertised at The Audi Exchange and called to make sure it was still available. I spoke with Manos. He was super nice and I scheduled a time to see it that day. Manos was delivering another vehicle but got the keys and let me see and then test drive the vehicle by myself. I did an extended drive for about 20 minutes on highways and side streets. When I got back we discussed pricing and trade in. We negotiated but did not come to an agreement on trade in price and I decided to see what Carmax would pay for my vehicle. I left and went to Carmax. They came back with the same price as the dealership. I was impressed that the dealership gave a fair price and decided to call Manos the next day and discuss the deal further. We negotiated a price and I put money down to hold the vehicle. I picked up the vehicle the next day and delivery was efficient and enjoyable. I will absolutely go back for future vehicles. I was treated very respectfully with no pressure to purchase. Manos was a super salesman and listened to all of my concerns. Once again a great auto purchase experience!
