The Audi Exchange

Spouse's 14-year old Lexus RX passed away during the pandemic, and we needed a replacement right away. Looked at Lexus RX, Honda CR-V, Subaru Forester, Volvo XC60, and Audi Q5, the latter at Audi Exchange, which appears to have the best local supply in stock. Tough choice between the Volvo and Audi, but went with the Audi in the end (in part over concerns with Volvo reliability and bugs in "the screen." From the very start, the experience at Audi Exchange was informative and very pleasant. Our sales rep, Brian Dunton, could not have done a better job. No pressure at all, extremely responsive to our inquiries, and very generous with his time. He is a great guy to work with. Brian worked with us on pricing, which we felt was reasonable under the current (May 2022) supply chain conditions. We purchased wheel, tire, dent, and lost key coverage, as well as Audi Care. We had never visited Audi Exchange before, and we're glad we did. Highly recommended.
