Muller Subaru

First, coming in, people very friendly & helpful. I worked with Jeff, who was knowledgeable, friendly and was able to find the car I was looking for. Most of all, he was not pushy (I wanted an Impreza w/safety features, but not all of the bells-&-whistles, & that's exactly what I got)--a pleasure to work with! He also patiently explained how to work some not-so-complicated equipment when I drove in about 3 days after purchasing the car (I'd only owned Volvos since 1989, & I'd been driving my '93 for 26 years, so owning a new Subaru is quite an eye-opener for me). A really nice perk offered by Muller was that of an explanatory appointment, whereby Alex King (who is great--friendly & patient) explained all of the tech & features on the car. To top it off, for coming in, Muller gave me a $25 gas card!
