Not an honorable dealership

onAfter usual dealership haggling I ordered a new Subaru on 3/6, deposited $1000, left with a receipt showing balance due at delivery. Go to pick up vehicle on 3/28 to be told they now expect more money for the car. This dealership had 3+ weeks to tell me there was an outstanding issue. If there is any thrill to purchasing a new car they sucked it right out of me. This is not an honorable dealership. Mike the young man who helped me is knowledgeable and tried to make the best of a poor management decision. On my worst day in business I would never treat a customer as I have been treated.

Once again, I would like to apologize for your unpleasant experience with our dealership recently. As I mentioned in our conversation, I agree with you 100% that our sales staff and managers should had communicated better. We understand where our mistake came from and I will make sure to go over this situation with all my sales staffs to ensure that this does not happen again in the future. Thank you for your comment.
