Like clockwork

Extremely efficient process. Easy to set up appointment, ready to greet me at appointment time, loaner ready. Texted when finished, greeted me as soon as I returned, reviewed paperwork right away, and paid at cashier as they pulled my washed and vacuumed car around. I probably didn’t spend more than 5 minutes at the dealership on both ends. Fantastic.
