We had a FANTASTIC experience with James. He was more than helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. He was patient as he explained everything about the Odyssey and answered all our questions. He also drove to the Quincy dealership to get us the car we wanted. I couldn't have better things to say about him and our experience at Honda on Grand. Thank you!
