Honda on Grand

Just finished purchasing my new accord from Edgar at Grand Honda. Edgar was a true Profesional. He answer all my question made me feel very comfortable. I will recommend him. But just like the tittle says everything was almost perfect til I was given the car from the guy who prep my car.. just one word complete unprofessional.. worst car prep I seen. But I can fault Edgar for the service team lack of detail..not happy how I receive my new car.
