Finally a Dealer that helps!

On 3d extension of our lease on our 2018 Touring CRV. I finally went on Honda . Com to build a car and then showed dealers stock in area! Received email from James around 1:30 pm, while on way to another Honda dealer. They could not promise car by Tuesday, called James told to hold car! He did, we drove there and picked up our car in a little over an hour! Jacob finance guy engaging, honest help choose right warranty plan. James moved car out of showroom, transferred plates. We arrived there after 5:00, left dealer around 6:30 with our new car in wifes favorite color Still Night Pearl! Thank You, James, Jacob and Honda on Grand!
