Honda on Grand

Wow Igor & Ray are just the best! I was in a total loss accident and can’t express my gratitude for the pleasant experience I had with Honda on Grand in Elmhurst. I already knew the car I wanted and called numerous Honda dealerships in the Chicagoland area for an out the door price on a ’22 Honda Pilot SE. Only two dealerships emailed me an out the door price. I called, texted, and emailed with Igor and Ray to get everything situated so when the car arrived at the dealership it would be a seamless process. Both of them could not have been more accommodating and straightforward. There was not a gimmick, add on, or any haggling, everything was fantastic. Before I arrived to buy the car, I texted Igor I was on my way and as I was walking in I was handed the offer sheet with the price we agreed upon, I was in and out with my new car in 45 minutes! Just an overall great experience. If you are looking for a Honda and want to be treated with fairly and with respect, I strongly recommend going to Honda on Grand in Elmhurst.
