Dealership Service Review
Today I went to get my MDX service and one of the service reps was very rude, he just sat at his desk and had an arrogant attitude when I asked him questions. I told him that this was my first time at that dealership so I'm not sure what the process is. Then he got a call from a friend and ignored me and laughed his heart out talking about gold etc. How can someone just do this to a customer? So I moved on to another representative which was helpful, but kept talking about his girlfriend and how she's always wrong and moving his things around. How he would set her straight. Not a very professional thing to say when meeting a first time customer. Just curious how he was gonna set her straight, hope she's ok. Anyway, I was told that the parts cost one amount and that the service is another. I got my estimate and it looked fine, once the final payment came out I noticed I was changed for every little thing that was not on the estimate. I was even charged $35 MISC fee's, What are MISC fee's? I would of argued about the MISC fee's, but when I was looking over my invoice, conveniently the service rep and clerk started taking me off subject and i over looked all these fee's till after I got home. This dealership is very unprofessional and dishonest in their pricing. When I asked about final price, it looks good until you see the final invoice. Will not be going back to that dealership.
