AutoNation Honda O'Hare

I came to Auto nation just because of Luis who was the nicest sales guy in South River road desplaines. For some reason my sales contact was changed to Richard Ness who was on leave next day and I was routed to a rude sales guy Marcus. He didn't even make single positive conversation to us in buying a vehicle. He was rude to us which any customer would even like to proceed with a conversation. Just because I had a need to buy a car I had to proceed with this sales conversation with him. I would always refer new car buyers to Luis and not to any other persons in Auto nation desplaines. My cars purchase credit must goto Luis to whom I spoke the first day I came to Autonation.
