Matt Darwitt is the best ever. I was 50 miles from Brilliance Honda, on a Saturday, when I started my car and it said, “Power Steering Fluid Low”. I called Brilliance because they have serviced my Hondas for the last fifteen years. Service was busy, so I asked for sales. Matt took my called, he listened to my sob story and offered several possible ways he could get my car and I to the showroom. When I arrived, Matt had five cars selected for me to lease or buy, with all the facts and figures for me to review. He patiently explained the pros and cons of each scenario. After making my decision, talking to Vince who did all the paperwork, Matt somehow got my car to my new car, brought a box for me to put everything from my old car that I wanted to keep. AND he paired my phone before I left!!
