I brought my 2007 A4 in for routine maintenance for the first time yesterday (just moved to the area). Jim Ebe was super friendly and informative, even though my car is old and has seen better days. I was very pleased with every aspect of my service visit. Easy in, easy out. Everyone was helpful and friendly.
