McGrath Lexus of Chicago

I think out of all of my car shopping, what kept me coming back to look at McGrath was the overall cleanliness and safety precautions taken due to the pandemic. There was sanitizer everywhere, the cars were kept clean- everyone wore their mask! (Crazy to think that’s still a problem, but most of the dealerships I’ve been to in two months just don’t take these precautions) It’s just nice that they’re doing that to keep their customers safe (and have our best interests at heart). It’s also a very low pressure environment- I went to look at one thing and didn’t end up buying a car until the fourth time I went to look at several different kinds of RXs. The sales staff is very patient, very helpful, and are focused on you making an informed decision over just making another sale. I will be back to purchase my next car (whenever this one breaks) :)
