I only speak to Mike Tumilty when my car leases are up and I have gone to him over several years during this process. Mike Tumilty is excellent and he truly cares about the needs of his customers. He goes up and above the call of duty every time I have sought his assistance when selecting my Lexus cars over the years. He personally makes sure that I experience nothing but convenience and I am very satisfied (Out Right Happy) when it comes to leasing a car. He takes the time to know what you are looking for and what you may not like. And he works his magic to make sure I am satisfied if leaving the showroom and/or working through the challenges facing us all during this Pandemic, he went up and above the call of duty by our going through the major part of the process by remote technology. Doug Bell is also great as he not only listens but provides great advice so that you can make an informed decision when it comes to your financing needs. They make a great team. It’s like a family and I feel confident that they are always considering my best interest at heart. You can't buy the type of service and commitment to quality and excellence that these individuals provide. Please note that I have had a number of cars from this McGrath Lexus over a couple of decades and I am blessed not to have ever had any issues with any of their cars and that has to do with which dealership that you go to when you are making such an investment.
