Dealership Service Review
I bought a Lincoln Nautilus from Napleton River Oaks Lincoln. No problem with the purchase, but service... Total Garbage! I had an appointment for the first time in March of 2024 to have some minor things fixed. the liftgate and the seal around the panoramic roof. The service advisor, Kim, had arranged a loaner for me as it is in my service agreement. The car was going to need to be left there, "for a day or two". Two days before that appointment, I was called and told they had to cancel because they don't have loaner cars available. I said, OK, no big deal, scheduled again, same result, the day before the appointment, Kim called and cancelled because they didn't have a loaner. I said this is the second time you are cancelling, she replied, "Yeah, you know, engines and transmissions." and gave me a new date. I'm sure you can guess what happened there. At this point I was angered and asked again and she just said, "Engines and transmissions." I even asked for the manager and Kim said he was busy and they will have to give a call back. Needless to say, no call back. This cycle went on until December when I finally had enough and went to Rizza Lincoln in Orland Park. Wow what a different experience. At Rizza, they never cancelled, as a matter of fact, they texted and emailed confirmation, got the service done and there was also a recall, they did it all and timely. Bottom Line: Napleton River Oaks Lincoln is a horrible place to go to and I will never go back.
