Wade Gierat is what all car salesman should be; hard working, honest and he listens to the customer's needs. I have spoken to Wade via text, email and face to face when I went to the showroom to test drive the vehicle I was thinking of purchasing. At first I was going to trade but wasn't quoted what I felt my car was worth. Wade app roached his manager multiple times to advocate for me, however the manager would not agree to the value I wanted. When Wade returned from his last trip to his manager, he was genuinely sorry that a trade deal couldn't be made. He was courteous and respectful with the bad news. I sold my car elsewhere and returned to make my final inspection/decision about the 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV and Wade made even more reasons why I should purchase the vehicle without the least amount of pressure or typical, dated sales techniques. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Wade at Phillips Auto Group in Bourbonnais, IL. All I can say is that he is an asset to the dealer and re-instills trust in new car salesmen. Thanks Wade!
