Sharks in the water at Phillips Chevrolet

The salesman Ash and his sales trainee Wade are great guys. I had a very negative experience with the sales manager Barth though. He pushed me on buying the extended warranty very hard, even though I declined and told him no over and over again. He got very angry and threatened to bump up the price of the car 4K or cancel the sale. And that is on top of the $1500 wax job they already charge (market adjustment) which I did pay. Very rude guy and dishonest way of doing business.
