Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook

What a difference good customer service makes. I’d been searching for a car to lease for about a month. I was so frustrated toward the end that I didn’t want to go into anymore dealerships. Instead i turned to looking online and I found a car I was interested in and inquired about it to Advantage Chevrolet in Bolingbrook. Paulo Suarez reached back through text. (Which was great because I hate answering phone calls) He gave me information regarding the car I inquired about, but also asked me more questions to better assist me. I explained what I wanted, what I didn’t want….with that, he sent me some other offers he had on cars I wasn’t considering initially because I thought they would be over my budget, but those cars had great lease offers. I dreaded the thought of going into another dealership, but he made the process so easy. When I arrived, I test drove the car I inquired about as well as others-several others. Even my husband said Pablo has the patience of a saint to deal with me because I truly didn’t know which car was right. It’s a big financial decision and he understood that. It was already late, but he said that if I wasn’t sure he didn’t want me to feel pressure into getting something that night. He told me to think about it and he would be there first thing in the morning to assist. I’m glad he did. I was able to feel completely comfortable the next day with what I wanted. With the leasing deals I was able to get into a more expensive car with everything I wanted for less than the one I initially was looking at and for a great price. It was taking a little longer than usual because there was an issue with the sunroof and even offered to get us lunch while they fixed the problem. (Thanks for the tamale for my hungry kid). Paolo was great at explaining everything about the lease and the car. Went over all the nooks and crannies of the car. He even followed up on his day off to make sure everything was good. I would definitely recommend this dealership and of course Paolo.
