Horrible Wait and Horrible Attitude

onWe made an Appt and still we had to wait for almost 2.5 hours just for an oil change and tire rotation. And to know we picked the first appointment of the day. We had to book this months in advance and we don't understand why there's a long wait for an oil change. I didn't appreciate how they try to upsell me for unnecessary services (air filter, new tires, etc.) during check out when we just bought our SUV brand new early this year. Most of the people who work at Hyundai Elgin have a bad attitude. Speaking Spanish should not be the only reason why you hire someone. You should hire people because they have the skills needed and appealing personality to keep bringing back customers.
