Excellent Customer Service!

onMy service advisor, Andy, was very attentive. I needed a new tire and had made an emergency appointment online (late at night, the night before) to replace it the next day. I did not know I needed to order it from parts first so it was not in stock. We discussed some comparable brands and I decided on one but then Andy went above and beyond and surprised me by getting a matching tire to my other 3. He kept me informed all throughout the wait. He even directed me to a quiet place where I could take a zoom meeting while I waited for my tire to be replaced. He was amazing. That's what you call great customer service!
