I worked with Caroline ( I think that was her name ) she was very helpful, polite, I explained there was an issues that was happening and she made sure to have them look at it, explained in detail what it was, that it would be covered by my extended warranty. Gave me her name and said if I had any questions to give her a call. Just overall a very pleasant experience.
