Chris Rhone was our sales person. He was very welcoming and he made the whole process very easy and stress-free. He’s just a really nice man. We actually had to return the car we originally purchased and the sales and management teams were very understanding and accommodating. I have bought several cars from this dealership and that’s why I drive from Arlington Heights to Elgin.
