Elgin Genesis is an a part of the Costco auto program. This took the stress out of purchasing a vehicle. The honored the program and did not attempt to push me in a direction that I didn’t want to go in. Katie was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and when she didn’t know the answer to something, she asked for support. I appreciate not spending the entire day at the dealership. After test driving the car, I was in the finance office within minutes. Several times after purchasing the vehicle I received follow up calls to she if I had any questions or concerns. There was even a follow up visit scheduled to answer any questions and highlight features of the vehicle.
