Dealership Sales Review
I’m giving one star because I can’t give zero. Let me start by saying that the sales representative was a pleasure to work with, but the sales manager is the problem. We went to look at and test drive a car that was advertised for $7,000. However, when we sat down to finalize the sale, the sales manager quoted a price of $10,000. When we asked for an explanation, we were told that they add a LoJack system, which costs $2,000, to all their cars and also include a service contract for an additional $1,000. We neither asked for nor needed either of these items. They simply add them as standard practice and hope customers won’t notice. Additionally, they use Photoshop on all their used car pictures to make them look brand new. When they brought the car out, I thought, “This can’t be the same car,” because the car had significant dents and scratches that were not visible in the online photos.
