Antioch Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Not Child Friendly !!!!!! My 3 yr old daughter and I waited for six hours form 11am to 5pm while this dealer held my keys captive and would not allow us to leave even to get lunch despite my repeated requests to be allowed to take my car or any car to go get her some lunch. All this waiting just to have an agreed upon deal constantly manipulated and changed. In the end I had to forcebly demand my keys back just to be able to leave. I dont recomend this dealership for buying a car especialy if you have kids. The salespeople even sat and ate their ordered in lunch in front of us with no regard or consideration for my 3 yr old. This dealer also has no contact info on their website other than an address and phone number so the only way to voice your concern to them directly is to call them up and engage in a verbal confrontation to which they just deny everything. BUYER BEWARE
