Antioch Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Jasmine was lovely, and I do not blame her for this review. Everything was going well. We test drove the car and Jasmine was well informed. When it came time to get the price, they added $2800 in taxes and fees to a $9700 car. Ridiculous. I have used Edmunds to buy my cars for years and they have always been accurate in their estimations. They estimated $1300 in taxes and fees, which is reasonable. We went in fully expecting to pay that, not $2800. We were told they charge $1000 for reconditioning. I said, if you charge that to everyone, that should just be a part of the price, I would not have waisted my time. Nice people, but not transparent. Very disappointed. This is not my first time buying a car, I see this as dirty business.
