I received a good price quote for not one but three 2016 Hyundai Tucson Limited's from Edmunds Price Promise and considering they have more than 20 of them in October 2016 did not think it would not be honored and drive the 40 miles to close the deal. They claimed it was a mistake and that they did not know where the price was coming from, that it did not have the destination charge even though the paperwork clearly said with a * that it did include the destination charge. The salesman was trying to help us but the managers were kind of making it clear that they did not want our business and they did not care about Edmunds or any other internet lead. The only thing good about the experience was that they gave a fair appraisal for my Veloster Turbo, hence the two stars. Other than that beware their Edmunds Price Promise (not). It is a possible bait to lure to their out of nowhere dealer.
