Called about a car that’s 6k, turns out there is a MANDATORY 2.3k fee that is not listed anywhere on the website. when asked about it, the lady was very rude, saying it is CLEARLY listed. Nowhere on the car page is it listed. Definitely not good business practice to make a car protection package mandatory, the package includes door protection, handle protection, anti theft, etc. Your insurance covers theft. The other protections should be the new owners decision. I am absolutely appalled.
