onThe wrong parts were ordered for the second time. I’m still unclear on whether the part is actually available. No install was performed so I have no feelings about the actual competence of the service department. I would be a little nervous about using their service department given the perforator the parts department. Don’t quite no how to respond about the quality and timeframe of the work since none was performed. No charges were made.
