This was by far, the best purchasing experience I've had compared to any of the dealers that I've purchased vehicles from. Reason being is that the Sales Associate, James Igawa made me feel comfortable and never pressured me in purchasing the vehicle right away. I told him that I was interested in the 2010 Honda Sport Fit and he was very informative in showing me everything about the car. I was so impressed, that I decided to purchase it. James Igawa has outstanding customer service, is very patient and was fair and flexible with the pricing of the vehicle. He came in on his day off off and missed his basketball game to meet me and my husband so we could purchase our vehicle that day. James Igawa is a great asset to Honda Windward.
