Ed Voyles Hyundai

Will definitely NOT and ever RECOMMEND shopping with EdVoyles. I DID NOT LIKE MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. Because of them, I had 7 inquiries on my account while I came with my pre-approved offer from my bank. They had asked me to go with Hyundai Finance motor, I accepted just for the rebate (1,000) but I HAVE NOT AUTHORIZED to send my credit application to any more lenders. I consider that experience as unprofessional... Second of all, instead of negotiating with a customer with honesty, they were playing with the numbers like I was dumb or was a first-time buyer instead of trying to find an arrangement for both parties. THEY DONT DO BUSINESS WITH CUSTOMER... I finally get my car with a lot of frustration. I had a monthly payment higher than what I was expecting after driving 45 mins to meet them for no good reason. On paper it was clearly stated this is my budget... If I hate that car, it's not Hyundai but Edvoyles fault because I did not purchase that car with the same love and better deal I had found with AutoNation !!! THANKS FOR YOUR BAD SERVICES !!!! THANKS FOR BEING DISHONEST !!!! THANKS FOR MAKING ME DRIVE A CAR WITH NO LOVE AND PASSION !!!
