Bad service experiences!

onWrong alternator was ordered or delivered. I had to rent a car one more day. Ron told me that he would give me a discount on the bill. When I came to pick my car up, Ron was absent and did not leave a note. It was a big deal to give me a discount. It took 3 people to come for finally give me a $60 discount!!! I am not surprised. In the past we spend thousands of dollars to fix the air conditioning and it was never fixed!!! Capital Cadillac never took responsibility. The engine is well known for oil leak!!! Capital Cadillac never took responsibility for this mater neither!!! My husband bought a whole lot of new car from this dealer! Never again!
