I took my Escalade into Capital Cadillac for an assessment of any maintenance items that needed attention. The Escalade had more than 120K miles. They identified items, priced them and then gave me an estimate of when it would be ready. They called and said it would be longer because some parts didn't arrive, but it was ready the next day and they called when it was ready.
