The rating should be 4.75. Want to give a specific shoutout to our salesperson Gumala O. We made two trips to Atlanta before we were certain of our purchase but Gumala was extremely professional, very patient and truly helpful the entire time. He was very knowledgeable about his product and we would never hesitate to contact him directly should we ever need Cadillac information in the future. We don't know what Gumala could possibly have done to improve our customer satisfaction. We are very grateful to him for making us so comfortable with purchasing our used Cadillac.
