Service Manager, Ronnie Brewer made sure I was informed on what was going to be done. He came back during the service and recommended a couple of minor repairs along with oil change that was needed. He was not trying to over sale, but provide information for my consideration. Much appreciated. The whole experience at Butler Nissan was pleasant and professional. The waiting area and showroom was well appointed and clean. I will return for future maintenance.
