I came in on a Saturday morning for an oil change and tire rotation on my Silverado. While I did not have an appointment, the Service Dept. was able to perform the work that morning, and the time estimate for completion was accurate. I expected it to take a little while, giving me the chance to look at the new vehicle inventory without pressure. No surprises and no disappointments.
